If you can juggle texts, tides, last-minute changes, and the occasional “where exactly is the dock?” phone call… you might be our person.

🌊 Mid-June → early September
⏰ 15–20 hrs/week (yes, weekends)
💻 Mostly remote + some dockside shifts
💵 $22/hr

You’ll be coordinating trips, talking to customers, working with captains, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Must have:
✔️ Strong communication
✔️ Organized brain
✔️ Sense of humor (non-negotiable)
✔️ Ability to roll with chaos
