Give a warm welcome to our new Graduate School Senator, Milla Miller (she/her)✨

“Hello all! I am from Stanwood, WA, and this is my fourth year at Western. I have nearly completed my BA in History/Social Studies and will be beginning Woodring’s Master’s in Teaching Program in April. I enjoyed serving as NSCS Chapter President last year, working as a server/bartender, and creating art!

☕️ My favorite artist at the moment is Dylan Gossett.

☕️ In my free time I enjoy nature hanging out with my three highland cows! (Benny the Bull, Bourbon, and Blondie)

☕️ My favorite foods are ramen and sushi

☕️ My favorite spot on campus is the Old Main lawn in late spring

☕️ I enjoy a range of TV shows including GOT, Bridgerton, the bachelor, and MasterChef (and anything else with Gordon)

Everyone is welcome! This is a great opportunity to relax and chill before finals week! There will be crochet, coloring pages, and bracelet-making materials, along with tea, hot chocolate, cookies, and pastries.

Step into the limelight with us as we introduce our Co-Senator for the College of the Environment, Melissa Bernal (she/her/ella)! ✨

“Hello! I am a third year majoring in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Policy, Politics, and Governance. Apart from being a Senator I am also an ambassador for the Sustainability, Equity, & Justice Fund (SEJF)”.

☕️ I’m from South Seattle, raised in Burien.

☕️ I’m currently obsessed with Lana Del Rey.

☕️ In my free time I like to read, watch tv shows/movies, or play a game on my phone (currently obsessed with Plants vs Zombies)

☕️ My comfort meal is Chilaquiles Verdes, the spicier the better 😩

☕️ Some of my favorite study spots on campus are……………I’m not telling you 😏

☕️ A TV character I think is a lot like me would be Leslie Knope and April Ludgate.

☕️ In my free time….🤔 what free time lol (no but seriously). Sometimes I force myself to take a break, and usually in that time I have moving conversations with my partner.

☕️ Some study spots on campus I really like are the vegetated sun rooms on the eastern end of 2nd and 4th in the ES building!
