No matter what you call today:

•1 of 52 Mondays
•1 of 366 days (it’s Leap Year ya know 😉)

It’s both a fresh opportunity, and “just another day…” we don’t have to assign any significant meaning to it in order to take advantage of chipping away at our goals. Even if the goal feels gargantuan or insurmountable….

Being consistent with your attempts, your habits that reinforce completing that goal, that’s what will get you there.

It took me over 5 years of consistently dreaming and acting upon the desire to be a professional chef in order to make that career transition nearly a decade ago. The road seemed long, daunting and riddled with “NO”s at every turn. But now, 15 years after I first realized this is what I wanted to do, I’m still going and the dream continues to evolve. And there was NO ONE holding my feet to the fire, just my inner voice and my tried and true methods of identifying goals and implementing habits.

And Lord knows, if *I* can do it, YOU CAN DO IT.
