Due to high demand, it is recommended to go to www.pomeroycourt.com and preprint application ($50 check or money order nonrefundable) and authorization forms. All students will need a cosigner agreement ($25 check or money order nonrefundable) signed and notarized. Applications are accepted and approved on a first come first serve basis. All leases are 1 year September 1st, 2017 – August 30th, 2018. We are pet friendly accepting 15 pound and under cats/dogs.
