I went on a guided scorpion night hike at Lost Dutchman State Park in the Superstitions tonight! 🦂 🏜️

In total, the group found 18 scorpions! 😱 Apparently the last scorpion hike only found 2 scorpions, so we were pretty lucky.

I found the very first scorpion of the night 🏆 Most of them were smaller but we did find two large ones.

Beyond hunting for scorpions, I loved star gazing for a bit at the end and seeing the beautiful silhouette of the mountains. 🌌

Tan and I brought some photos of passed loved ones to honor on the ofrenda. I usually do my own version of this during this time of year and it was so special to be able to celebrate with others. I got my face painted as well which was very fun!
