It’s time to let it all go. 💨🍃

The fear, self doubt, old beliefs, harmful habits, unhealthy patterns, negative messaging, self victimization.

These old ways just keep us stuck, living in the past.

If we do not let go of things that no longer serve us, then there is no room to call in things that will support us positively going forward.

It is time to call in the present, self love, forgiveness, personal power, self belief, compassion, community, joy, and love. ❤️

Drop the heaviness dear one, you are tired- it is a burden to carry through life. Pick your head up- there is light. You got this! 🦋

Life happens. 🍄

Everyday we are put in situations that we didn’t see coming, or are scary, frustrating and hard.

We have no control over what happens to us. What we DO have control over is how we react.

We can go through life feeling defensive, tired and victimized OR we can make the conscious choice to embrace the change, hardship and unknown. To lighten our load and trust that the Universe has the best in store for us.

Life is too short to live on the defense everyday.

I challenge you today to try and see things from a different perspective.

Think to yourself::
- What lessons can I learn from this situation?
- How can I grow from it?
- What do I want to do in my life that will make me truly happy?

Remember that we are the authors of our story.
