Startalk UW - 2023 - Bellingham

We are pleased to announce that we received a grant for a new Russian STARTALK program in Bellingham, WA!

Are you a high school student in the US who speaks Russian and wants to improve your proficiency in Russian, learn about Russian history and art, and prepare for a possible future visit to the most European city in Russia, “a window to the West”, St. Petersburg, or any other place where you will be communicating in Russian language? Do you want to use your language skills to help others in the community?

Consider enrolling this school year in a Russian language course “Magnificent Saint Petersburg”!
