I'm not going to lie, I really appreciate this review. Customer service is something I’ve had to work hard on over the last three years.

Before becoming a designer, I spent many, many years as a bouncer and a pawnbroker—two industries where a certain level of abrasiveness is the norm. That mindset didn’t serve me well as a design business owner, and I definitely made several customer service mistakes in my first year.

But growth is all about learning, right? Anyway, onward and upward! 🤘
