Chef Andy Nguyen, is very excited for everyone who is coming for Valentines Dinner on Monday. It should be a great one!
Last chance to sign up for this Saturday's Indian "One Spice at at Time" class with Andy Nguyen of Chuckanut Manor. He will be making dishes and demonstrating spices from Falafel, Butter Indian Chicken, Coconut Rice pudding, Madras Curry, Garam Masala.
