Today is my last day in session with clients until sometime in August. Everyone coming in today are telling me that it’s beautiful outside (in the great PNW)and it’s getting hot! I hope you are staying hydrated and comfortable. We just returned from Massachusetts where it was incredibly hot and very humid. Tomorrow I’m headed to LA to welcome in a new grand child and it will be very hot and probably dry!Then, the following week I’m heading off to Spain to walk the Camino del Norte with my dear friend Paula and I reckon it’s probably going to be hot. However, I really came here to say that I am grateful to my clients for showing up taking care of their health and well-being and appreciate those of you who have already scheduled in August.
