Humility - My Mother always told us; "There are no menial tasks, only menial people". While experience creates it's own task hierarchy, at FHS, we all do what needs to be done, and help each other as necessary.

Versatility - "Projects Built, Things Fixed, Stuff Done" It's our motto, and a wide experience base helps keep this true. We all have our specialties, but the ability to approach any situation with some level of fluency is always prized.

Experience - The more you have, the better, and we tackle it all! Building, Remodel and Repair; it keeps us busy, and keeps our minds rolling!

Enthusiasm - Let's not kid ourselves, work is work, and it's not all fluffy rabbits and sunshine. That being said, morale is the key to a productive and activated team, and that starts with a love for the work. While the process can be grueling, the results should be worth it! If 'Blow & Go' is your M.O., than you are likely not a proper fit. We take pride in our work! We take pride in our product!
