Luke has established himself as one of Long Island’s most accomplished collegiate baseball players, built on a standout career at both Fordham University and St. John’s University. He knows what it takes to compete and win at the highest levels:
* Powerhouse Performance: As a graduate student at St. John’s University, he instantly became one of the Red Storm’s top offensive forces.
* Championship Pedigree: He hit a blistering .337 with 7 home runs and 34 RBIs, leading St. John’s straight into the NCAA Regionals.
* Award-Winning Impact: His incredible 21 multi-hit games earned him First Team All-BIG EAST honors and a selection to the BIG EAST Championship All-Tournament Team.
* Clutch Under Pressure: He defined “clutch” in his final collegiate game at the Clemson Regional, going 3-for-5 with a home run to end his college career on an absolute high note.
* East Meadow Head JV Coach: He knows how to work and develop players.

As we launch into this exciting new era, we also want to take a moment to look back with gratitude. One incredible season comes to a close as we say a heartfelt goodbye to Mike, who is moving on to an exciting new endeavor at Adelphi University. From watching his sons represent LIB at Cooperstown to LIB playing a key role in Ryan’s development and recruitment journey, helping him reach the next level with his commitment to Lynn University. Mike and his family have been an integral part of our DNA. You will be deeply missed, Mike, and we wish you nothing but the best!
