We’re looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to help support our continued growth.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This person will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating with customers and team members, and supporting sales and production efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule appointments and inspections for sales team
Manage and update CRM/customer records
Assist with insurance claim documentation and file organization
Coordinate job schedules between crews, suppliers, and customers
Handle invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain office organization and administrative systems
Support marketing efforts (social media posts, follow-ups, etc.)
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is a plus (not required)
