Hello! Just wanted to make sure you all know that you can definitely text and email me for appts, refill requests, billing questions or with updates. And please, please do not hesitate to continue sending cute pics of your fur babies! It absolutely makes my day!!! 😻
To clarify, telemedicine is reserved for those issues and questions that arise in between appts:
“My dog has diarrhea”
“My cat is itching her ears a lot”
”My dog has a new growth”
I will let you know when we should head down that path or if an in-home visit would be ideal. 😁

I’m been following his advice for a while now and am working on some exciting, new updates to RVC! These updates will allow me to provide a more intentional, relationship-driven veterinary experience.
1. Already available - TELEMEDICINE chat and virtual visit:
(An email discussing the details has already been sent to the majority of active clients)
In short, this will allow direct access to me for medical problems/questions during business hours when an in-home visit is not possible or even needed. There is a fee for my time☺️ This will save time and money for my clients as well as time and energy for myself so definitely a win-win! 🎉
2. Next couple weeks - Launching of a NEW ONLINE STORE:
It will provide a more user-friendly interface as well as integration into my new software (Digitail). As always, competitive pricing! 👏
3. Next 3-6 months - CONCIERGE MEDICINE 😻
As you can see, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes at RVC! Don’t worry, I’ll keep you posted 😎

Little Acorn is living his best life on all his adventures in his home away from home! He's the ultimate happy camper!
I'm pretty stoked too as I'm leaving town for a family trip this weekend. Don't get me wrong, I love caring for your fur babies! A break helps me recharge to give them even better care.
I'll be back at it on Wednesday, February 5th. (Hopefully, the groundhog comes back with positive news!)
