This week, we’re proud to recognize our Community Partner, Bank First 💜 Formerly First National Bank, their recent transition to Bank First continues a longstanding commitment to supporting our community.

Their partnership helps us provide compassionate care, grief resources, and educational outreach to individuals and families across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

We recently had the privilege of granting a special wish for our hospice patient, Romina. She and her husband have always loved having a summer garden, but she hadn’t been able to plant one in years. This year, she was ready.

Romina sat outside and told us exactly where she wanted every pot placed. Now she’s got tomatoes and peppers growing and she’s keeping her husband on top of the watering! Her nurse, social worker, and CNA all pitched in to help make it happen.
