We are going to show Mamma Mia. Come and join us today, and we are looking forward to seeing you all there!

Welcome to SEAL Travel Series to A Day Trip to Chicago! As you fill this form you will sign up for a spot on the bus to visit Chicago.

There will be a SEAL-sponsored Escape Room activity (ONLY FOR THE FIRST 32 STUDENTS). Please indicate in the form if you would want to participate in this activity.

Students are also encouraged to visit the Chicago Art Institute (which is open for free admission). Beside that, you are free to explore Chicago however you'd like.

The bus will leave from The Wall at 9AM and returns from Chicago at 7PM on Sunday, April 17th.

- If you no longer want to go, please inform us by Wednesday, March 16th at 5pm. Not doing so will result in penalty for future SEAL trips.
