Other than our Angus for raising calves for feeding out, only the thickest females can stay on the farm. You don’t order bone or gristle from a steakhouse, you want muscle on your plate. We have high performance cattle for high performance beef.

The cows at Sulak Land & Cattle Company had a deja vu moment this afternoon.… No more blue GMC and welcome home flame red Mega Cab! How can you raise red Limousin cattle and not own a bright red truck?!?

#2 didn’t come to the barn this evening for feeding time…. She was nursing her newborn bull calf by the creek! Rhett and I went looking for her while Jacqueline Sulak is at bible study.

Mama is a registered Angus (Top 25% for Marbling) and the sire is Mr. Ego (our former purebred Limousin herdsire).

She will be the first cow to breed with our new bull at Sulak Land & Cattle Company in 45-60 days!

Jacqueline said we can have whatever we want for dinner… Sirloin steak for one!
