I killed the little "B" inside today!

This morning I did something I hadn't done in a while. I have been in a funk where I will just hit snooze over and over or completely reschedule my alarm to RIGHT before I need to go log into my computer.

Today though, I set the alarm for 5:30am and when it went off I didn't hit snooze. Even though the little "B" in my head was telling me all the reasons I could go back to sleep and get more rest.

She said "You worked hard last night, you stayed up late reading... get some rest today".... "There's plenty of hours in the day, you don't need to wake up this early"

TODAY THE LITTLE 'B' IS DEAD!!!!

I got up at 5:30am
I made my coffee
Read this amazing book for an hour.... if you know anything about me reading is really hard and devoting an hour to it means the book has to be engaging!!!!
I then came out to my She Shed and worked on some Easter shorts for the kids.
Went back in at 7:30, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher..... because the little 'B' won this weekend and I didn't clean any dishes.
Now out here writing the post for today ALL BEFORE my 8-5 actually starts.

I feel rested, I feel accomplished and frankly I feel like I can take on the world today!!!

This is all thanks to the book I got this weekend.

It's called SALE LIKE CRAZY by Sabri Suby and it's amazing.

Anyone in the selling game should read this book. It is an easy read - he isn't trying to impress you with how smart he is by putting in gigantic words no average person knows the meaning of.

It is motivational because it is actionable items and I hope when I implement those items they will pay off. They seem like no brainers, just no brainers I haven't thought about before.

After reading yesterday and this morning I am 165 pages into the 345 page book.... I'll be finished this week but this baby will DEFINITELY be read over and over again!!!

I suggest to everyone reading this today to -

KILL THE LITTLE 'B' INSIDE NOW!!!! Don't let him/her take any more time from your life or your dreams!!!!
