My wife and I were first time buyers and Sam helped us learn about the entire process, answering questions we had about documents and pricing, all while being available through phone, text, or email and with quick responses every time. He also went above and beyond as our closing process came with some very last minute changes. The changes required amending of already signed documents and buying down our interest rate with some last minute funds that came in from the seller. All of which was done in some late evening and early morning hours to complete for us to sign at noon on the initial closing date and turn around and help us close that same day, all before our day later deadline of our locked in interest rate. Thank you Sam!
