Wild Ride Brewing in Prineville just added a new food cart—Shred Town! They’re also set up at Wild Ride in Redmond, and this spot is truly homegrown. Their menu is packed with unique and interesting flavors, but we had to try their pulled pork. It was delicious—super tender, just the right amount of BBQ, topped with slaw, and those fries? Honestly some of the best we’ve had.
