Howdy Every Buddy!

I’m Spencer. Hailing from Southern Oregon, I ended up securing an internship shortly after graduation and scooted over to Bend for what I assumed would be a fun 3 months. Nearly a decade later and I totally forgot to leave. Shoot.

If you’re looking for me you’ll probably hear me a long ways off laughing or talking too loud, somewhere in good company, often with a cribbage board and drinking something yummy. If you have a dog, watch out because I’m gonna ask to pet them. I like shooting film, sometimes you’ll catch me staring at some detail of light too long. I have fun drawing goofy doodles, the more honest the better. I also enjoy hosting and cooking for my friends! I throw an annual Tiki party with my bestest. The great outdoors is a great excuse to slow down and find some rest. We do have some great outdoors here in Bend and I love taking advantage of it with my wife, Tory!

I’m humbled to take a leadership role for such an awesome team and I’m excited to see where we’re going next! I heard that you can win a grammy as a graphic designer so that’s kind of a new life goal for me.

Our 1st annual poker tournament is in the books! Paul won 1st place ($100), Kate 2nd ($60) and Mike 3rd ($40). Torrey was the first go out. Paul took him to the cleaners early. Molly was the DJ, Spencer poured some delicious drinks and we got a special visit from the neighborhood kitteh, who Addie has claimed as her own. Thanks to dealer, Jeff Haken, for keeping things moving. A fun way to wrap up the day!

2025 was one of the wildest years this studio has ever had! We capped it off with a rowdy party, fun awards, a gift exchange, great food and drinks and best of all each other’s company. As we head into our 30th year, we’re so grateful we get to design books day in and day out, year after year for such great clients. Really excited to jump into 2026 with some new ideas, new areas of growth and new adventures planned!
