🚧 Roses are red, our building’s getting buff,
We’re closing a little early Tuesday because construction is tough.

Wednesday we’re shut, not a biscuit will bake,
No deviled eggs, no cheeseburgers, for goodness sake.

No sausage gravy flowing like a beautiful stream,
No breakfast potatoes helping fulfill your dreams.

The facelift is almost done, we’re in the home stretch,
Just tightening a few screws and giving the place some fresh fetch.

So if you stop by Wednesday and find locked up doors,
Don’t panic, don’t riot, don’t sleep on our floors.

We’ll be back soon looking fresher than ever before,
Serving deviled eggs, gravy, burgers, and plenty more.
