Cumulus Rainbow by Juniper Moon Farm is perfect for baby!

This yarn is the coziest, each strand is a tiny braid or chainette, keeping the soft properties of cotton available for close to the skin cuddles.

The label lists it as a hand wash, but I was skeptical and put it to the test. A machine washed and dried 4-inch swatch only shrunk about 1/4 inch in all directions. No big deal in a blanket, if you’re making a wearable consider sizing up.

Blanket pattern pictured here is called Kendall written by Melissa Leapman is knit in the round using 5 balls of yarn. Find it on Ravelry or I can snag it for you in store.

It’s tee season!

Spring weather is the perfect time for all the knit tees. Made in a cotton, linen, or silk blend makes for a wonderful fabric to wear alone now, or as a layering piece in cooler weather. Plus it’s just so satisfying to work up a quick short sleeve and not get stuck on sleeve island.
