We just wrapped up Mat 1, 2 & 3 Intensive, and to say I’m inspired is an understatement. Some of these incredible students committed to all 6 consecutive days, while others joined for 2 — but every single person showed up, put in the work, asked amazing questions, shared thoughtful conversations, and brought their absolute best to the mat.
There was a whole lot of learning, growth, laughter, and mat work packed into these six days — plus a fun 50th birthday celebration on Day 5! 🎂✨
There’s something truly special about immersive training. Spending six straight days together creates connections and community in a way that’s hard to describe. Watching everyone find their voice, grow more confident, curious, and inspired each day was such a gift.
I’m so proud of this group and very much looking forward to staying connected over the years and seeing where your teaching journeys take you. 💙
