Gather Nuts

When I first started Gather Nuts, our Simple Almonds blew me away! I remember eating them for the first time: I was mesmerized by the flavor and crunch. I couldn't believe it was simply a nut soaked in sea salt water and slow-roasted. I remember eating them one by one very slowly, turning them over in my hand and eating small bites as if they were sacred.

I was at our kitchen today and had a hand full of these beauties. They brought me back to times of pre-technology when I wandered off to Costa Rica, solely with a backpack, flip-flops, and hiking boots. It was there that got my first email address, and I didn't know what to do with it! Who out there longs for those days!??

And exciting news! in Bend is now carrying our Spicy Spicy Red Curry Cashews. They have been a staff favorite from the very beginning! We love them in Thai-inspired bowls for an added punch of spice and flavor.

But let's not stop there! MOC Bend is also now carrying Worthy Nuts! We love sampling these at the farmer's markets because you get the opportunity to witness our customers taste the sweet, salty, and spicy finish that always raises eyebrows!
