“Hi my name is Sophia Magdaleno. I grew up in Hillsboro, Oregon. I moved to Bend almost 3 years ago to pursue a degree in art. I am currently working on my degree in the Arts, Media, Technology at OSU-Cascades with a minor in business. In my free time I enjoy crochet, going to the movies, and spending time with my friends.”

OSU-Cascades is pleased to join Scalehouse in hosting another on-campus artist talk in their "Voices" series. Join us when artist and SUS Magazine founder Ruth Vernotico shares their journey as a creative and a magazine publisher. SUS started as a casual creative outlet for Vernotico, but has grown into a publication that seeks to increase the visibility of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities in Oregon.
