So it has been brought to my attention today, that the Axe Wax owner has been spreading lies about me and WIcked Industries.

I would like to set the record straight. I purchased 24 tins of Axe Wax many years ago to give to my students in my knife making classes. I paid up front for the tins and was told they would ship 2-3 week later. 4 months went by with no tins. I filed a claim with Paypal when Axe Wax made an Instragram post stating he was at blade show and had a table full of wax for sale. When made my claim, he printed a shipping label that day and gave it to paypal as proof it was shipping. 4 months and repeated messages later I finally got the product. I threw it away and created Wicked Wax out of the need to give something to my students.

Wicked Wax has nothing to do with Axe Wax. they are two totally different waxes. We do not have harsh chemicals or chemical dryers. It also doesnt hard like axe wax.

SO as you can see I didnt "steal" his product.

As for the shady business practices I have accoding to Josh at Axe Wax, I have no idea what he is talking about. I sell my wax on its merits and price point. I think it is more he can't handle the pressure from a superior product and company.

In the recent past, we have gotten several new customers that were axe wax clients but their experience was pay up front for an order and then get ghosted by Axe Wax and have to file claims with the financial source they used. that sounds like a shady business practice to me.
