How exciting. We pulled up the carpet in the bathroom and when we pulled the vanity we found completely different carpet! Someone made the same mistake twice in this house!

Living room and fireplace makeover in progress. Floor joists have been jacked up, corrected and supported. Goodbye rotten wood, hello leveling compound! Next, flooring!!

We've been hard at work! Fireplace is up, including a mantle straight out of the lake!
