It's been a minute since we've posted here. Unfortunately Stash passed away in August. But his new day begins with every animal we help. A lot has happened since we said our final goodbye to our very best sir. Weebs also crossed the bridge recently. And starlight. We have acquired a lot of loss recently. But we have new intakes who are in need of love and medical care as well. We still have the wishlist pinned at the top of the page for anyone who wants to donate food or medical supplies.

With that all said let's get down to business.

Meet Panda. She is a 7 year old spayed tuxedo cat who is fiv+. That doesn't deter her though. She is full of love and snuggles and just is overall a very happy girl. She has had a rough patch in life Unfortunately. Panda is due for some tooth removal. It is going to be very costly. Unfortunately with all the expenses incurred for our permanent residents and some new kitten intakes pandas surgery is being postponed. Anyone who would like to help cut down those costs feel free to donate towards panda. I'll post PayPal in comments. Be sure to leave a note stating this donation is for Panda so I know where it's going. She is having trouble eating and her protein levels are very low. We went ahead and did a round of dewormer and steroids to see if blood work comes back better. She is trying to fight off tooth infections and being fiv+ makes that a little harder. She will need this surgery so that maybe she can have the chance to make it to that 20 year mark the same as Stash did. Stash was also fiv+ and he had a very happy 20 years with us. We are well aware that fiv+ cats have a harder time staying healthy. But Stash is a testament to what fiv+ cats can be. He was the greatest cat love story ever for us. We will do our very best in his honor. Tysm to those who have followed along on his journey. May he find peace across the bridge while he waits for us.

Toothless is all better after his surgery

We still have 8 young cats up for adoption all altered and utd on vaccines as well as negative on bloodwork for fiv and leukemia. All free to an approved home. Tysm.
