Calm Down to Co-Parent
Calm Down to Co-Parent is a 60-minute online course that enhances your co-parenting relationship by providing easy-to-understand information and practical techniques to lessen stress and avoid conflicts with your co-parent. The course can be taken at your own pace, so you can pause and resume whenever you like, making it adaptable to your schedule. It typically takes an hour to finish.

* Please be aware that this course does not meet court-mandated co-parenting class hours requirements.

A Toxic Blend: Violence & Co-Parenting
This Co-Parenting class will help you understand the impact of Domestic Violence/Intimate-Partner Violence in your co-parenting relationship and towards your child. You’ll learn about the different types of DV/IPV, safety measures, parenting plan considerations after an incident of violence, and the impact of DV/IPV on your child.

Co-parents CANNOT enroll in the same section.

* If your co-parent has already signed up for the class date you selected, you will be transferred to the class offered on a different date.

The Basics of Co-Parenting

Get the foundational information you need to help navigate various components of co-parenting. You’ll learn about physical and legal custody, the most popular parenting plans, and the developmental stages best suited for different parenting schedules. You’ll learn the importance of communicating with your co-parent and how conflict impacts your child.
