Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines, cuisine, and traditions of southern Sicily. Inspired by the world of Inspector Montalbano, this intimate five-course dinner will showcase the vibrant flavors of Noto, Ragusa, and Modica, alongside a selection of exceptional wines.

For this exclusive event, Agrodolce is pleased to partner with Santa Teresa, an organic-certified winery located in the historic Vittoria wine region of southeastern Sicily. Known for crafting distinctive wines that express the character of their land, Santa Teresa combines sustainable farming practices with generations of Sicilian winemaking tradition.

The evening will be a guided wine experience led by Nico Gallucci of Vias Imports, who will share the stories, history, and unique qualities behind each wine as guests' journey through the diverse landscapes of Sicily.

Join us for an intimate evening featuring a five-course menu prepared by Chef Angelo, thoughtfully paired with five wines from Fossacolle, one of the most expressive and pure interpretations of Brunello di Montalcino.

Throughout the dinner, you’ll be guided through the wines and the appellation by Nico Gallucci of Vias Imports, offering insight into what makes Brunello such a benchmark for Italian fine wine.

Fossacolle is a family-run estate with a overall production of 18k cases per year, located on the southern slopes of Montalcino, known for its traditional approach, low yields, and deep respect for terroir. Their Brunellos are elegant, precise, and deeply rooted in place—true reflections of the appellation.
