Kicked off our quarterly education with Sierra’s balayage class ✨
We explored a new technique using the Davines blending brush on curly hair, diving into curl-specific saturation, thoughtful sectioning, and intentional placement.
Finished with a curl styling demo that left the hair soft, defined, and so pretty. Sharing our techniques with each other and learning together never stops!

So grateful for this team 🤍 Sharing pizza, laughs, and so much appreciation for the people who make Scarlet what it is.
