Hello Leftwing Family! Leftwing Oakland is putting together a team to participate in California Collaborative for Immigrant Justice's soccer tournament fundraiser on Saturday, April 29th, 2023.

From CCIJ: "Soccer has the power to unite people regardless of the language they speak, how old they are, and their past experiences. In immigrant detention it becomes an outlet to feel happiness and liberation in an environment where doubt, sadness and frustration are the norm. With this in mind we have decided to launch our first ever soccer tournament in honor of those who survived immigrant detention and who are still suffering from ICE incarceration."
