This week we are featuring our Raclette Pretzel which is : Yukon gold potatoes, Gruyère & Raclette cheeses, carmelized red onion, smoked pancetta, and smoked cherrywood salt. This photo is at the Pub down the street - the beer is a nice farmhouse ale but what I really thought would pair great with it is a Rauchbier. (Like the famous German Aecht Schlenkerla.) Hard to find a locally brewed Rauchbier but I think has made one in the past as well as (a smoked saison)….Anyone know of any others?
Today we took out our new pretzel bike for a perfect windy evening at the Albany Bulb - would have been a great day for windsurfing
