Why not make it a happy day for somebody else?

It's that time of year many of us are looking forward to new beginnings. Many people will make goals, plans, entertain new dreams, create vision boards etc. All good stuff, but how do we ensure our happiness?

I'll tell you how, we all need HAPPINESS INSURANCE! We are used to paying for health insurance and life insurance because we take our lives seriously. We know it is worth paying for.

I'll tell you what, last year was hard! There were so many challenges I'd have to think a long time to list them all. But the great thing is I also spent the year studying happiness. Happiness actually does have a recipe that works. The bad news is it's a DIY deal. You have to take seriously learning how and actually making it happen. So, even though last year was very difficult and very full my heart is full and I am happy.

I look forward to sharing more about how I did this and how other people can too. I think it is imperative in the world these days that we have superior resiliency skills. What's more important than knowing how to face whatever comes your way, get back up and still get back to be truly being happy? Love you all!
