Community Grains owner Bob Klein has been making this peach pie recipe for his wife for nearly 50 years. Ten years ago, he switched the pie crust a whole grain recipe and now it’s even better.
Click the link in our bio for the crust recipe and read below for how to make the rest of the pie!

Amatriciana with whole grain pasta
With just a few ingredients, tomato, guanciale (pancetta or good bacon), pecorino, olive oil, red chili flakes and any of our pastas, gets you a world class dish. We're focused on sauces that are enhanced by whole grain favor, this is dead on.
Traditional Amatriciana is made without onion, but caramelized onion and tomato added to a whole grain base are magic. We used the Bon Appétit recipe for this dish and it was delectable. Just search Bucatini all'Amatriciana on their website to try dish out for yourself!
