BPRC Time Trial & Mixer

Who: Open to all BPRC Members and their Guests (This means YOU!)
Where: Berkeley Paddling & Rowing Club (If you have not been here before, enter Kenneth Hayes Boathouse in your GPS.
What: All craft; 1X, K-1, Surfski, C-1, OC-1, Kayak, SUP, etc.
All Doubles as well as K-4 Welcome! (Yes, we have both a K4 and a quad available)
Find a new boat – or a new partner!
Note: Club boats will be available on a first come/first served basis.
Race Format: The course is 3000 meters (1 lap of the lagoon)
Participants may enter as many heats as they wish, in as many or as few types of craft they like.
Registration opens at 8:30. Registration for each heat closes 15 minutes before the start of that heat.

Heats are at 10:00, 10:40, and 11:20
$10 Donation per Racer requested to cover costs

1X and 2X entries will start 2 minutes before the paddlers.

Is Berkeley’s Aquatic Park on the brink of a new era? For the funky, well-loved park by I-80, much depends on the water quality of the artificial lagoon, known lately for high f***l bacteria levels and marine critter die-offs. Can the city pull off a lasting fix?

Assuming that the wind continues to cooperate, we are looking to relaunch our Tuesday Surf Sessions in Berkeley on April 23.
These are "Out & Back", with NO Shuttle. Options for newer surfers as well as more experienced paddlers.
