My heart is full to be returning once again to Spirit Weavers Gathering. ❤️ I’ll be at the Moon session with Pema and lots of sisters from our community!

This year, I’ll be offering a Womb Oracle & Sacred Rose Kundalini Ceremony a sacred journey into the wisdom of the womb, the power of the heart, and the awakening of feminine life-force energy.

Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and ritual, we will gather in sisterhood to deepen our intuition, open our hearts, and reconnect with the divine feminine within.

Spirit Weavers has been a place of beauty, magic, connection, and remembrance for me. I’m honored to return and share these teachings with such an incredible community of women.

Healing our inner child and not placing our unprocessed pain, shame, fears, or emotions onto our children is some of the deepest work we can do. 💕

Conscious parenting is not perfection.
It’s awareness.
It’s taking responsibility.
It’s choosing healing instead of projection.

And to do that… we must first take care of ourselves.

We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Our nervous system, our healing, our rest, our emotional well-being, our self-love — all of it matters.

When we care for ourselves deeply, we create safer spaces for our children to grow, express, and become who they truly are.

The children of today are not here to carry the wounds of generations before them.
They are here to create a new reality.

What we are seeing in the world now is old news old systems, old conditioning, old pain playing itself out.
But the future is still in our hands now.

The way we speak to our children.
The way we regulate our emotions.
The way we love, listen, nurture, and heal ourselves…
This is what shapes the future.

Raising conscious children may be one of the most important missions of our time.

Healing ourselves heals generations.

Grateful for my mother, for all the mothers before us, and for the conscious mothers on my path who continue to support me in staying awake, healing, and doing my inner work. 💕
