Berkeley Rent Board

The Berkeley Rent Board offices will remain open until 6 PM on Thursday, July 2nd. Rent Board staff will be available to accommodate property owners who want to pay registration fees in person.

An automatic 100% penalty will be applied to all unpaid registration fees on July 3. Please be aware that our offices will be closed July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.
