Figuring out what comes next after graduation can feel overwhelming, but Era Ahsan, MAnalytics ’26, is charting her path with curiosity and confidence.

From interning at Fueza AI, a SaaS platform helping gas station business owners streamline operations through accessible data, to exploring the Bay Area, rock climbing, painting, and making time for puppy yoga, Era is embracing this next chapter and sharing what she’s learned along the way.

Today we’re spotlighting Isabel Agostino, a third-year UC Berkeley IEOR PhD student who is spending the summer at NASA Ames as a Research Scientist Intern!

At NASA, Isabel is working in the Intelligent Systems Division on the Resilience Analysis and Design (RAD) Team, contributing to mission-driven research that supports NASA’s work in intelligent systems, safety, and mission assurance.

The Intelligent Systems Division, part of Ames Research Center’s Exploration Technologies Directorate, develops advanced software systems, data architectures, and computational tools for NASA applications — supporting areas such as data mining and analysis, integrated health management, systems safety, and mission assurance.
