Field Observation Day | Building Enclosure Quality Assurance

Our team was recently on site observing the installation of the underslab v***r barrier system for a custom residential project currently under construction.

While much of the building enclosure work that protects a structure from moisture intrusion is ultimately hidden from view, proper installation during construction is critical to long-term building performance. Site observations like these allow us to verify that materials are being installed in accordance with the design intent and manufacturer requirements before they become concealed by subsequent construction activities.

For this project, Aquatech is providing building enclosure consulting and construction administration services, including site observations, documentation, and recommendations to support the successful implementation of the waterproofing and moisture management systems.
