Welcome to my new office. A breath of fresh air. I am deeply grateful to be in this beautiful peaceful space with both treatments rooms on a burbling creek filled with birdsong. Come visit me in Strawberry Creek Park, my new healing home ✨

Breathing in, I am aware, breathing out, I am.
The year of the water rabbit has arrived. And with it deep introspection, the space between the breaths, the creative inspiration from the ground below.
Home, alliance, stability.
🐇
Empathy, intuition, nurture.
The gentle rabbit year energy asks us to listen in. To stop and feel. And because feeling can be too much sometimes, put up boundaries. Reach into your creative depths and explore.
And for more in depth information I encourage you to read Tigers play astrology about the energy of this year. It’s really deep (pun intended) 🐇

Happy Year of the water tiger. Gung hay fat choy! This year’s energy holds much needed change. It’s the energy of spring after a long winter. After sheltering for nearly two years we are in need of movement and change. As always with strong energy, don’t push it and use restraint. Discipline will be important to keep this energy in check. The water element adds drama, emotion and generosity. Water permeates connects and generates renewal. The Tiger energy can be innovation and creativity and it can be chaos. It’s important to take great care with an energy like this, it’s dynamic and unpredictable. It’s time to adapt and let go of resistance to change. Life is constant change and movement. I’ll post a link to more information on this exciting year.
