Fritz Lumberyard Development is evolving!! This is the most recent site plan showing the pocket park, landscaping and building/parking deck orientation!! We feel this will change the face of downtown Berwyn for the better while keeping the look and feel of earlly 1900's buildings!! The pocket park will have public access and we are working on ideas to honor First Responders with the Berwyn Veteran's Assocation and include Art in the Park with shows changing seasonally!!
We would love to invite a coffee shop to be part of the project, maybe Carlino's or a shop like that? Any suggestions, any connections would be welcome - its our town - let's make it GREAT!
