Sorry, Mrs. Weaver will not be leaving the house for any reason. Thank you for respecting her wishes to stay home and warm! She very cold natured and once she gets cold, it takes hours for her to get warm again.

TOMORROW NIGHT/SATURDAY MORNING: Scattered snow showers are possible across Alabama tomorrow night and Saturday morning as another surge of bitterly cold Arctic air rolls into the state.

Many places won't see a flake, but where the heavier snow showers develop there could be some light accumulation and icy spots on roads. Highest chance of this is across the northeast part of the state.

Most of the really significant snow will be east of Alabama over the eastern half of Georgia and the Carolinas. Accumulating snow is likely up the East Coast to Cape Cod and the coast of Maine.
