Just in time for warm spring weather, recently completed this update of a screened-in patio in Potomac, MD. Removal of dated brick planter walls at the front of patio and addition of multi-panel sliding glass door achieved homeowners goal of opening up the rear of the house to more natural light and creating a true indoor/outdoor space. With bead board ceiling, PA flagstone, a wet bar and TV, this family now has great area to spend their time dining or lounging throughout the summer.

Brown Lab recently completed this quick bathroom update for an elderly condo owner who is recovering from Covid and needed her bathroom updated with ADA conveniences, including enlarging the entry door, converting the tub to a roll-in shower, addition of grab bars and all new finishes/fixtures. Wishing our client a speedy recovery.
