The DC Area Is Not Seeing A Surge Of Homes Hit The Market Due To Federal Layoffs Reports over the last week have suggested that a flood of homes hit the market as the result of layoffs at the federal government. Bright MLS recently did an analysis and found that, in fact, this is not happening.

October statistics bring good news in both Montgomery County and DC. Although interest rates continue to remain a bit higher than we would all like….there are many financing options available to enter the market.
