Over the past five and a half years, Kallie has immersed herself in technical insurance knowledge and used it to provide meaningful solutions to clients. Her eagerness to learn, alongside her work with a range of account types—including some of our largest—has been integral to our success.

Jennifer Neal, Senior Account Executive
With 20 years of diverse insurance experience, Jen has skillfully tackled complex client challenges and served as a mentor to new team members. Her background working with clients across many industries is invaluable as we continue to grow the agency and serve a broader client base.

Adrienne Schickert, SVP, Commercial Practice Leader
Adrienne joined BFSI in late 2021 and quickly began improving our commercial insurance program through close collaboration with senior leadership. She has excelled at strengthening relationships across clients and carrier partners, and will now lead all members of the commercial team.

Disney is battling a wrongful death lawsuit after a woman who ate at a Disney Springs restaurant died, allegedly following an allergic reaction to her food. The suit claims that the woman told the server about her severe food allergies and that the server guaranteed the food was allergen-free. Now the deceased woman’s husband is seeking over $50,000 in damages.
