The Series of Five is a sequence of five classical Pilates mat exercises that target the abdominal muscles.
These exercises are:
Single Leg Pull
Double Leg Pull
Single Straight Leg Stretch
Double Straight Leg Stretch
Criss Cross
Each exercise is typically performed for 10 repetitions before moving on to the next one. Do not hesitate to start with 2 to 3 repetitions to work on your form, then you will work on your endurance.
The Series of Five is known for its ability to effectively work the core muscles and improve overall strength and stability.
