As we face long-term conditions and the fluctuating, unpredictable nature of illness, it is so important to find joy in the small things. In nature, in connection with a loved one, in our wins - like taking a shower, or making a meal.

For me, volunteer roles have helped bring meaning and purpose to a difficult and life-altering situation, and for that I feel blessed and truly grateful.

🔵NZ/UK Career background: corporate marketing, senior management, client relationship management, non-profit fundraising, training and delivery of educational programmes.

🔵B.Sc (Psychology), B.A (Education), P.G.Cert in Health Science, several diplomas in natural health, and currently studying Post Graduate Science Communication.
