I try my best to deliver the best. This one rubbed me the wrong way.
If you put a deposit down which goes to cover the review of your case, x-rays, creation of: exercise, adjustment, traction, home rehab and evaluation schedule and I do the work (education costs, experience & time to produce) why should you get a refund? That is like getting your car washed and then wanting your money back.

The kicker is. I called them back and left a couple messages. They may not value my time but I do. I should have left her post up, it was more absurd than this.
